This Return Policy applies to purchases of food supplements made through channels operated by Glixarexxlieo, based at 25A Kensington Rd, Norwood SA 5067, Australia. Primary consumer-protection rules referenced here reflect Australian law; if you order from another country, local import and return rules may also apply. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain where applicable.

1. Change of mind

Where permitted by law, you may return unopened products in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery. Opened food supplements may be excluded for health and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

2. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us with your order reference and photographs if applicable. We will arrange return instructions and, where applicable, repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
